    A CBCT 3D scan shows your bone and nerves in detail. If your case needs one it’s £125 for a single jaw or £200 for both, agreed before it happens.

  3. Implant placement

    Most single implants take 30–60 minutes. For full-arch cases, fixed teeth can be fitted the same day.

  4. Your final teeth

    The final crown or bridge goes on after 3–4 months while the implant fuses with the bone, then you’re reviewed at routine check-ups.

Is the advice really free?
Yes, the initial advice is free with no deposit and no obligation. A CBCT 3D scan is only taken if your case needs one (£125 single jaw, £200 both jaws). Treatment pricing is given before you decide anything.
I’ve been told I don’t have enough bone. Is there any point asking?
Yes, a second opinion is worth having. Ian W. was told elsewhere that only one implant was possible and had both placed here. Bone-saving short and narrow Neodent implants can suit some limited-bone cases. Your scan decides, and we’ll say so plainly if implants aren’t right for you.
I’m very nervous. Will it hurt?
Tell us you’re nervous when we reply and we’ll plan around it. Dr Soroush (GDC 300417) has a particular focus on anxious patients, and Deborah C., a self-described “very nervous patient”, called her procedure “surprisingly comfortable”. Oral sedation (Lorazepam) or IV sedation are available as comfort options, quoted separately if needed.
How long does the whole thing take?
